Joey at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the assistance.
The heating was not working (was off), the night shift receptionist resolved it by asking one of the personal who was prompt in their work to switch it on.

Excellent service! They updated us to family room of St.George hotel which is high quality than our booking. The hotel is very gorgeous and tidy. Staff are nice and helpful.

The room is very spacious, but maybe it was during Halloween, there was too much carnival outside, and the room was too noisy...

They take a £25 security deposit on your card when you check in and it takes ages to get back to your account. I'm still waiting for it after weeks.
