Enjoyed my stay Mrs Bridget was amazing she got me checked in early. The food was great for lunch and dinner. Brittany at the bar was very nice and fast service she helped make my birthday celebration memorable. Thank you to both ladies

The location of the hotel, so close to the airport, was perfect. The staff was polite, warm, patient and helpful.
The room overall was fine, but small details need attention - some lamps not working, the shower head was very outdated and water pressure weak, the comforter had a make-up stain. The room was carpeted and hotel carpets are never trustworthy. The room doesn’t provide slippers, so pack your own.
The mattresses and pillows are very soft! Just a note for anyone who might prefer a firmer bed.
The breakfast buffet had a variety of offerings. I’m gluten-free and it was easy to have a filling breakfast from what they provided. The morning breakfast staff was really nice and the dining area was pleasant. The parking area was gated and secure.
If I was judging this hotel based on the personalities of the people who work there, it’d be perfect. But small details and cleanliness in the room need attention.

This is strictly regarding the woman who answered my call on Wednesday, August 28th at 5:45 pm at the information desk. This is my first and last time I will stay at this hotel because I called to get information about the shuttle where she said, the shuttle goes to North & South of the hotel. It was confusing to me so I looked at my reservation and called her back to make sure I was getting the correct shuttle she was very impatient and rude as if I was bothering her when it's her job to help the customer who pays her salary!

It was our first time in Atlanta. There isn't many food options but we were overall happy with our stay. The hotel had dinner at7pm and this was so convenient and food was good.

Property is in desperate need of remodeling, carpeting is awful and hotel does not live up to the Hilton brand.
