The location of the hotel is superior, just on the bustling Fifth Avenue, it is very convenient to travel. The Green Olive Italian restaurant next to the hotel is great and super affordable. The room is neat and clean, the bed is big and comfortable, the water in the swimming pool is salty like seawater😀

We arrived in Naples for a long weekend getaway. Instantly greeted by Michelle at the Front Desk who was so kind and helpful after a long travel day. She was great with information about the area. We utilized the shuttle beach service Saturday and Sunday. Hotel offers Free beach chairs, towels and water. If you need an umbrella, the beach service area, once at the beach, is very convenient and inexpensive to rent. Bella, the Front Desk Manager aka Shuttle Van Driver is GREAT! She has a bubbly personality and impeccable service skills. You can tell, she loves her job. We had a wonderful weekend. The rooms were spotless. The Pool was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend !!

I have always been loyal to the Hilton Brand for years. The staff who interacted with were very friendly and helpful - the friendly receptionist at check-in and the diligent Ilina who replenishes the breakfast offering. I wish the room was brighter; it was dark and univiting. The bathroom does not have a fan and toiletries were of different makes and did not include a body lotion. Despite the few setbacks, the staff compensated with great service.

We are back at our fav Ritz-Carlton here in Naples!!! Just a short ride from Naples Airport where we do business and this is a great place to unwind and rest after two hard days of work. Check in was smooth, fast and easy in the Club Lounge by Patty. Where we got a quick drink before heading up to our rooms for a quick shower and to unpack. The Club Lounge is a great place to relax and get a great tasty gourmet snack, and a nice cold drink and get superb service from The hostesses, Patty, Esmeralda, Clariet, Jane, Nancy, and Bartenders Mike and Katheryn. Our rooms 855 and 856, in the new wing were clean, comfy, and relaxing, with great views of the pool, beach and ocean. We dined at The Grill, the first night, and dined at Nolita for the second and third night. And a shout out to the men of the Car valet, front area, and the bell men, who took great care of us, especially to Juan, Dave, Kelly, Jeffery and Joe. I hope I got everyone. Thank You. Nice to relax by the lap pool area where getting in and out of the pool was easy by the steps. Thanks to Watson who got us all set up with our lounge chairs. We also stayed on the beach also where the Gulf water was warm and the sand was soft, and clean. With large umbrella's provided and comfy lounge chairs to relax in. Plenty of towels, and waitress service provided. Just raise your flag up. Overall, like I stated before, this is our favorite place to stay, relax, dine and get great service. Friendly and incredibly kind staff. Food choices were excellent. Proximity to the beach is unbeatable! The pools were beautiful. I would suggest more serving staff around the pool. It took quite a while to order something.

I stayed at the Naples residence Inn for three weeks. I felt like I was home. The management greets and hangs out with all the guests Monday through Friday at breakfast. They take care of all concerns. The hotel is clean. The king suites are a great size. The location is perfect. The breakfast is wonderful I can’t wait to go back next year!

When we got to the hotel, there was no one out in front to help with luggages, when asked about this, the front desk stated ”there are no bell hops, but over there is a luggage cart for you if you need one.” Thanks for the help bud! During the ensuing few days, during breakfast we were charged the full amount for a continental buffet style breakfast (20/adult, 10/child) but there were no eggs, bacon, and/or sausage served at any of the stations. There was one employee at the omelet station manning up to 4 pans simultaneously to cook for all the guests and customers, which was obviously overburdening. We spent 3 days at the pool, only 1 out of those 3 days was there any wait staff to take our drink orders, other days we had to walk up to the bar ourselves to obtain any sort of beverage or service. Lastly, even though there were no wait staff circulating the pool area, one guest was able to become so intoxicated (quite amazing due to lack of staff) that he ventured into the hot tub while inebriated and passed out. It was only because of his friend who was present to pull him out of the pool while me and other guests yelling for help then going downstairs in person to provide medical assistance that we avoided a tragedy on premise. The highlight of the trip was the wonderful team of housekeeping staff that always were courteous and professional, offering additional assistance when asked. Kudos to the team and being the shining start of an otherwise underwhelming experience. This place was a mess. I understand it was after hurricane Ian and staff might have been depleted, but if you are unable to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, then take a page from JW Marriott down the street and cancel the reservations and offer compensation to your guests rather than rolling the dice!
