The bathroom smelled like mold and I couldn't take a shower that day. It is also far from Colmar station.
It takes about 15 minutes from the station and tourist spots.

The room is small, the equipment is small, but the room is very clean and comfortable with everything (with air conditioning). Breakfast is quite simple. Good location, 1.3 km from the train station and 1.4 km from the old town.

I only stayed in Colmar for one night, so I got a cost-effective room.
Good value for money. It's neat.
It was a bit far to carry a suitcase from the station. If you have heavy luggage, it may be better to catch a bus or another location.

The staff could not find our booking, neither by name nor with confirmation number. We said we booked with trip.com. We had a confirmation email and a login to trip.com with the confirmation. We then waited about 20 minutes until the receptionist came to us and said he had found the booking, we had given him wrong information, we had booked with "niki-travel". But instead of doing the check-in for us and giving us a room card, the employee said goodbye to the end of the working day. We then had to queue again behind about 20 guests to check in with the new employee. Not very customer friendly.

Expérience horrible. Chambres petites et sales, avec des trous dans les draps. Personnel grincheux et peu accueillant. Le seul point positif était le petit déjeuner, avec des produits variés et de bonne qualité. Il existe de bien meilleurs hôtels pour le même prix.
