"Lovely hotel. makes you feel almost like you're staying in one of the traditional Alsatian cottages with the brightly color themes. Although the modern decor is a stark contrast, obviously. Has all the basic amenities, even electric sockets inside the luggage storage lockers incase you arrive earlier than check-in time, etc. Re-heatable meals available round the clock are another great plus. Breakfast is basic but has all the food groups to start your day refreshed. Outside of breakfast, which serves fruit juice, no non-alcoholic beverages are availble for accompanying a late-night meal."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area in the bustling city, next to the regional government, and a 3-minute walk to the old town center of Colmar. The hotel lobby has ample seating areas, a strong sense of artistic decoration, and good fragrance, sweet and comfortable. The room we booked is the Park View Executive Artist King Room, with a king size bed, sofa, living room, and wardrobe space. Mini bar coffee and tea bags are free, snacks and drinks are charged, and the price list is clearly marked. The bathroom is relatively deep and has double basins, which is really rare in European hotels. Bathing toiletries including hand soap are from Clarins, and the hotel's spa SPA is also in cooperation with Clarins. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is okay. After confirming the room number, the waiter will ask if you need tea or coffee and how you want the eggs to be cooked. This location in the breakfast room is a two-star restaurant in the 2024 Michelin Guide at noon and in the evening. The menu is purely French, and there is no English menu. You can translate it with a mobile phone software. 6-course wine pairing 💶170-180, 10-course wine pairing 💶250. It took too much time to eat it, so we ordered 1 appetizer, 2 main courses, and 1 dessert, and added 30 service charge. I have to say that the quality of the two-star Michelin restaurant is really good, and the main dishes of lobster and steak are eye-catching."

"The hotel is located in the center of the town. The whole town is a bit historical and has a fairy-tale atmosphere. The buildings are relatively old. The interior walls of the hotel have been renovated, but it is difficult to hide some traces of time. The rooms are relatively large and the breakfast is average. There is one thing I cannot accept, the price is quite expensive. We went to many places during the trip, but this place was exceptionally expensive. Is it because of the Chinese restaurant?"

Breakfast starts at 6 am, which is really good and appreciated..I was able to catch the early morning train after a nice breakfast at the hotel, great 👍 During my check-in, when I politely ask for any power adaptor that I can loan, the receptionist was not very willing to look for anything. She told me to come back later and request. A bad first impression on the courtesy from the hotel staff."

Thumbs up! 👍🏻 The front desk staff were polite and patient in answering our questions. We were upgraded to an executive floor room free of charge and received a small gift. Breakfast had everything we needed, which was standard."

There are not many varieties of breakfast, most of which are breads, but the croissant is delicious. When checking out, I was given a bottle of jam, which was a surprise! Has its own parking lot."
