"Hotel staff very friendly and shared us alot of information like where we can go around the town to visit. But the hotel itself it in a much quite area thus the security seem to be not so good.The lift need no key card to get around to any floor so overall the security could still be improve by the htl. We met a homeless guy that follow us into the htl when we choose to ignore him on the way back. Saw the staff speaking to him for awhile not exactly understand what they were talking about but anyway security need to be improved. Other than that the room was OK. With good heater that keep us warm. Location to Colmar strain St was a near 5 to 7 mines walk. Breakfast provided min choices but still a proper meal wz breads, eggs, cheese and free flow teas and coffee throughout the stay."

"Love this place! The hotel is huge!! The place is very convenient and service is excellent! Love all the staff working there who were very patient, friendly and kind. Maybe if only there was a microwave but the place is very spacious and the toilet is especially amazing"

GGuest UserLovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother with that again as there are lots of lovely patisseries close by (including one next door to the hotel). Great location and you can park for free on the surrounding streets between 7pm & 9am.

HHuanqiuyuzhoulvxingjiaThe hotel is located in the heart of Colmar, at the town's entrance and exit, making it easily accessible. However, parking in the town is extremely difficult. I was incredibly lucky; a car was just leaving its spot, and I immediately pulled in. The hotel itself is a famous Colmar landmark and an antique. The rooms are small, but the furniture is classic and exudes an aristocratic atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin one-star restaurant; we had venison for dinner, and the wine was also excellent. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with flowers in full bloom. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk away.

GGuest UserWe arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

AAnonymous UserA perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and there is a coffee machine in the room. The front desk has good English and the service is very thoughtful. The only drawback is that because the hotel is very new, their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of accommodation at all. Because the hotel is in the city center, it does not have its own parking space, but there are parking spaces around and on the main street nearby, and the price is very cheap. We just caught up with the olive picking season, and the hotel also thoughtfully arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive orchard and experience picking in person, and arranged their own olive oil tasting picnic in the olive orchard, and then participated in the whole process of making olives picked by themselves in the olive oil extraction workshop. It was my first time to experience olive oil making in my life, which was very memorable. It happened to be the birthday of my companion in the middle, and the hotel also arranged a surprise bouquet and red wine, which was really thoughtful.

AArchDragonDo note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.
The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.
The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.
You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.
Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

TT. ÇınarIt has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). And it is covered in a closet which is very cool. We stayed in a room located in the ground floor. It has direct access to car park. The room was wide enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but was not new. One of the negative things I can say is that the room especially the floor of it was not warm enough. They didn’t clean and tidy the room and change the tea, coffee bags after each day. This disappoints me very much

MM506629****Everything was perfect except for the slightly simple breakfast. The location is excellent, right opposite the big park and on the main road. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and just a minute to the city theater. From there, you can follow a 'treasure map' to start your classic old town tour, hitting attractions from number one in order. The room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning temperature was just right. The lobby on the first floor had a great ambiance. All in all, it offers excellent value for money.
