Good location, not far from the tourist information. The room was clean. It was valuable with breakfast included.

The room are so small. Staff friendly.

The hotel is right in the center, the bath is a capsule type, in general everything is not bad, if you just spend the night at the hotel

The bathroom smelled like mold and I couldn't take a shower that day. It is also far from Colmar station. It takes about 15 minutes from the station and tourist spots.

I only stayed in Colmar for one night, so I got a cost-effective room. Good value for money. It's neat. It was a bit far to carry a suitcase from the station. If you have heavy luggage, it may be better to catch a bus or another location.

The room is small, the equipment is small, but the room is very clean and comfortable with everything (with air conditioning). Breakfast is quite simple. Good location, 1.3 km from the train station and 1.4 km from the old town.

The room was so small that it was difficult for both of them to turn around.

The staff could not find our booking, neither by name nor with confirmation number. We said we booked with trip.com. We had a confirmation email and a login to trip.com with the confirmation. We then waited about 20 minutes until the receptionist came to us and said he had found the booking, we had given him wrong information, we had booked with "niki-travel". But instead of doing the check-in for us and giving us a room card, the employee said goodbye to the end of the working day. We then had to queue again behind about 20 guests to check in with the new employee. Not very customer friendly.

Small, nothing, low cost performance, not recommended

Room was clean. Staff provided a great service. The hotel is located at walkable distance from the centre.

It was a nice hotel in the center of everything. Walkable distance to the park and Little Venice

The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s 15 minutes walk from the train station and 5-6 minutes walk to bus stops for local buses. Also very close to all attractions. It’s very well managed. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Joanna and Emma were super helpful with their advices at the reception. Croissants couldn’t be more fresh as they just come from the oven. Thank you for making my holiday enjoyable. I come here next time as well.

The hotel room was to small fot the 2 of us. So we had to spent most of the time out, on the other wah its centrally situated to the city centre

Average Ibis hotel. Great staff. OK breakfast. Not many restaurants without a short walk. Quiet, clean, good value. Would stay again.
