The hotel has self-service check-in and check-out, which means there is no manual labor at all... Check-out will be automatic at 11 noon, and the door will be locked after that. Be sure to put your things away in advance. The room itself and location are very good

Ein spannendes Konzept, auf dass ich mich für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise mal eingelassen habe und vorab: Ich habe es nicht bereut.
Den Check-In habe ich bereits problemlos auf der Anreise erledigt, Einlass ins Hotel mit dem zugesandten Türcode war auch ohne Schwierigkeiten. Die Zimmeröffnung via App hat leider nicht funktioniert, aber der Automat am Eingang hat schnell die Zimmerkarte ausgegeben.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Dass es mitten in der Altstadt nachts nicht leise ist, weiß man vorher. Die Lage ist super, mitten im Leben und fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof. Das war gewiss nicht mein letzter Besuch.

I was not impressed with the kiosk check-in system. When I added an extra day to my stay I had to go through a 30-minute process of checking out and checking in. I also had a package which needed to be delivered to the hotel but there is no hotel staff there to receive it.

We had a basic room with a double bed and an en suite walk in shower. The room was spotlessly clean and perfectly located. Access details should be provided by the hotel owners. Make sure you have this or you won't get in. We didn't receive anything from the owners but we were able to phone their agent and quickly got the matter resolved.Check in is done electronically on a console in the hallway which also issues your room key.You get a bit of street noise but not excessively so.

Never again, the place was dusty, didnt get cleaned over the stay and lacked even the basic things like Toilet paper or tissues.

Sehr zentral gelegen und solide Zimmerausstattung, aber viel Lärm in der Umgebung und im Hotel bei schlecht gedämmten Fenstern und Türen. Im Hotel selbst läuft sehr laut Musik (vom Hotel selbst), die ich, wenn ich abends etwas Ruhe finden wollte, als sehr störend empfunden habe. Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
