Quietly, conveniently and serenely stayed at this hotel for the past 6 days. Good to recommend this hotel as a priority choice especially for cologne travellers who preferable to stay away from bustling areas. An enjoyable back and forth daily walk from hotel to train station whereby some good restaurants are the best solutions of our hungers. Highly recommended to stay and definitely will stay again in the future. Thank you..

I don't want to give it 1 point! I booked 3 rooms for 5 nights and spent 30,000+. I stayed for two nights. Later, because the itinerary suddenly changed, I had to check out early. Because the reservations were all refundable and changeable, I contacted Ctrip to communicate with the hotel about the refund of the room fees for the few days I didn't stay. As a result, the hotel refused to refund the money on the grounds of hotel regulations! They said that the system had already made a reservation and it could not be changed. Then we asked to change other people to check in and were also rejected. Even if they said that the system had made a reservation, they would not reserve the room as long as they checked out, nor would they allow people other than the booker to check in. Instead, they continued to sell the so-called system-booked rooms to other people! ! !
The 3 rooms finally lost 15,000+, which refreshed my understanding of Pullman! ! !
