They should change all their bed mattresses as they are old and cause very bad back pain. We told them about this issue, but they did nothing to solve it.

Stuck in Cologne for a temporary stay on a snowy night. It is a few steps away from Cologne main train station and is convenient for taking the early morning train. The waiters were very nice. Although the room is a bit small, it feels safe and comfortable on a snowy night.

Excellent location, opp Central station. Staff friendly and attentive. Room is clean. Enjoy my stay. Only comment is toilet is small and the sink needs to change. Will return in future.
