Due to hotel circumstances, I stayed at another hotel nearby. Actually, I was embarrassed, but it was a little far away, but I had a good time because I was taken to a good place. Albergo has a great location and is within walking distance of everywhere if you went to see the Cologne Chris**as Market. I couldn't go to the room, only stayed at the reception, and then moved to another place, but the people at the reception were very friendly and the desk area was tidy.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt Kölns. Wir waren für ein Nacht dort. Das Personal beim Ein- und Auschecken war sehr freundlich. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich im Zimmer. Daran gab es nichts zu bemängeln.
Zwei Dinge würden wir uns für dieses Hotel wünschen:
Die Matratzen haben unseres Erachtens schon einmal bessere Tage gesehen und müssten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden.
Vorhänge sind zwar vorhanden, allerdings leider nicht lichtundurchlässig. Es wird morgens sehr hell im Zimmer. Nicht jeder, der dort bucht ist auf einem Busines***** und muss morgens früh aufstehen. 😉

Preisleistung ist leider nicht gegeben. Wir sind als Paarnach Köln gereist um das Musikal zu besuchen. Leider durch Fibo, Hotels teuerer als sonst. Zimmer war sauber, Fernseher funktionierte nicht ( keine Programme wählbar). Bett sehr gemüttelich, nicht geeignet für große Personen durch die hohe Holzkante am Bettende. Schminkspiegel nicht geieignet für kleine Leute. Wieso nicht einen kleinen separaten Spiegel, den man im Zimmer benutzen könnte. Kein grosser Spiegel im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste was ich bisher auf meinen Reisen hatte. Um 8.45 ( Frühstück möglich bis 10h) fast keine Auswahl mehr möglich. 3 verschiedene Salamisorten (nicht mal S*****en oder andere Aufschnitten), 2 Scheibenkäsesorten (wo nicht mehr frisch war), Mozzarella nicht essbar, Lachs sag auch nicht appetitlich aus … Saltgurke, Tomate nicht mehr frisch. , Rührei sehr trocken ……..

Een echte aanrader als je de kers**arkt bezoekt. Wij hadden een prachtig uitzicht op de kers**arkt voor het hotel.
Parkeren was door de drukte een kleine uitdaging, maar het is uiteindelijk gelukt om een plekje te bemachtigen in de parkeergarage onder de Heumarkt.
De kamers zijn netjes, hebben goede bedden en de badkamer is modern. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en zouden hier zeker terug willen komen bij een volgend bezoek aan Keulen.
