The room is not big and the air conditioning is okay. The facilities are not complete, there is no coffee pot, and there is no drinking water like other hotels. The sanitary conditions are okay. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to Cologne Cathedral.

A nice budget hotel in the station. The check in was speedy. The room spacious and airy. The bedding and bed comfortable but only one pillow per person. Has tv and wifi. Storage adequate for a short stay. The bathroom clean and functionable. The breakfast was buffet style and enough to tide you over

Sia pur apprezzando la posizione turisticamente centrale e precisando che sono una fruitrice abituale degli hotel del gruppo Accor...sono rimasta delusa dal fatto che, unico albergo tra quelli utilizzati nel mio recente tour in Nordeuropa, ha voluto un sovrapprezzo, rispetto al preventivo di Accor, per ipotetiche tasse di soggiorno (nessun altro hotel nella stessa Germania, l'ha preteso) al momento del pagamento...molto delusa da questo comportamento.

Lage sensationell, alle Zimmer mit Domblick, Ausstattung nicht up-to-date, kein Duschgel in der Dusche, kein „Nicht stören“-Schild im Zimmer, housekeeping, das auch ansonsten schlampig ist, steht Samstagmorgen um 9h im Zimmer und wird auch noch pampig, anstelle sich zu entschuldigen.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel ,sauber,sehr freundliches Personal von der Reinigungskraft über den Hausmeister bis zur Rezeption... Frühstück super,auch da Personal freundlich und aufmerksam.. Nur die Toilette im Zimmer ist etwas niedrig😂.. leider kann man für kommendes Jahr nur mit Kreditkarte zahlen 🙄... Glg vom Bodensee

Ubicación excelente al lado de la catedral de colonia, justo en la estación de trenes i en el centro de Colonia. Las habitaciones confortables y limpias. No escuche nada de ruido de la calle aunque hubiese bastante ambiente. Eso sí las campanadas a las 7 de la mañana no se pueden evitar. No había mucha variedad en el desayuno, pero más que suficiente para desayunar bien y de buena calidad.
