Service to the room was quite below standard. You have to ask for coffee and tea and even with that they do not deliver. The front staff is great. The restaurant and bar are great for drinks and bites.

地理位置好，離科隆主火車站步行5分鐘左右，但是不像主火跟前那麼亂，科隆大教堂，ludwig博物館，霍亨索倫大橋等都是步行可達。酒店門臉略小不太起眼，硬件設施也能看出是有歷史的，但服務人員態度都蠻好。早餐很棒，種類豐富！
