The room and the front desk are in two doors. The angle of the key is very important when entering the outside door. The breakfast is unexpectedly good. It is really close to Cologne Cathedral. There is no parking.

They concealed the fact. Some rooms don't have elevators. Unfortunately, I was deceived. I'm 75 years old, and they arranged me on the 5th floor. They lied that there were no rooms to change and I could change them the next day. On the next day, they told me that the price would be doubled for changing rooms. They deliberately blackmailed me and forced me to carry my luggage back and forth from the 5th floor. Why can such a hotel treat customers like this? They claim to be an IBIS chain store, but they don't have the service level of IBIS at all. The room is dim, there is no desk lamp on the table, and I can't write or use the computer. We must expose this hotel's lie that there are elevators and remind everyone to be careful of being deceived!

The hotel is very close to the train station, you can get there in 3 minutes. The elevator is very small and can only accommodate two large pieces of luggage for you and one person. The hot water in the bathroom is enough, but the water drains very slowly. At the end of the trip, your feet will be soaked in the sun and it will be very dirty. There is a church nearby and the sound may affect your sleep. The hotel is very close to Cologne Cathedral.
