They deliberately blackmailed me and forced me to carry my luggage back and forth from the 5th floor. Why can such a hotel treat customers like this? They claim to be an IBIS chain store, but they don't have the service level of IBIS at all. The room is dim, there is no desk lamp on the table, and I can't write or use the computer.
