Very nice service, very good breakfast with a good selection. Unfortunately there was no change of towels for the second night and there was no staff in the hotel at night (arrived late from the event).
Very good location on the edge of town with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working so I had to sleep with the window open but there was noise in the street until late at night and early in the morning.

Good location but very hard to access the property after hours, felt like an escape room game just to check in! Room was far too hot and the lock didn’t seem to work properly - didn’t sleep at all

Absolute disaster!!!
I booked and received confirmation.
When I got to the hotel it was closed. On the third attempt someone answered the phone and unfortunately couldn't do anything, there were no rooms available. It didn't matter to her at all that I had an existing booking.

This is not a 5 star hotel as one usually pictures it. It is, however, a very reasonably priced, extremely clean and super comfortable hotel to stay when in Cologne. It was easily accessible to the underground. The bed was so comfortable! The staff were both pleasant and helpful. The decor is a kitchy kind of fun. There are plenty of restaurants, etc within walking distance. We would stay here again.
