Sehr netter Service, sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Leider kein Handtuchwechsel für die zweite Übernachtung und Nachts (kam spät von Veranstaltung) kein Personal im Hotel.
Sehr gute Lage am Rand der Stadt mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und Geschäften.

Good location but very hard to access the property after hours, felt like an escape room game just to check in! Room was far too hot and the lock didn’t seem to work properly - didn’t sleep at all

Lo malo es que solo atienden en Domingo hasta 3pm y despues x mensaje. Ademas de una actitud seca y negativa. Como si te hicieran un favor. Malencarados!!!

ich habe gebucht und die Bestätigung erhalten.
Also ich am Hotel ankam war es geschlossen. Beim dritten Versuch ging jemand an´s Telefon und konnte leider nichts tun, es sei kein Zimmer frei. Dass ich ne bestehende Buchung habe war ihr dabei völlig egal.

This is not a 5 star hotel as one usually pictures it. It is, however, a very reasonably priced, extremely clean and super comfortable hotel to stay when in Cologne. It was easily accessible to the underground. The bed was so comfortable! The staff were both pleasant and helpful. The decor is a kitchy kind of fun. There are plenty of restaurants, etc within walking distance. We would stay here again.
