Central hotel with good connections...rooms relatively large, Only drawback: cold concrete floor

The completely human-free Interfacing Koncept has its pitfalls, but once you get through it, it's quite interesting. However, the lack of people is a little creepy. The entrance was really not easy to see. A door like to a garage with a sign saying "Koncept Hotel" - absolutely not inviting!!! That was off-putting! Nevertheless - I'll be back

The room was clean and nice. Check-in was a disaster. The machine doesn't read everything from the ID card and it just takes a long time. Especially when several people want to check in. The room itself was clean though. The next stop was also 10 minutes away. Price/performance ratio is good. All in all, it is recommended, only the check-in machine needs improvement.

I didn't like the lack of staff at all!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on January 29th, 2022. Finding it was a bit tricky because the hotel is located in a huge office and event complex with a large inner courtyard. Unfortunately, the link in the email sent to me with the access code did not open. I found it anyway when the logic of the 4 entrances, A B C D, was clear to me. When I arrived on the 3rd floor (with the large elevator), I struggled with the check-in machine. It refused to accept my code. After calling the number sent to me, the very friendly Daniela helped me solve the problem and checked me in without me having to do anything. Thank you! Now I was amazed, a huge floor in the most modern architecture awaited me, a fantastic room, interior design at its finest. Great shower, separate toilet, everything very luxurious and a large, very good bed. Disadvantage, no wardrobe, just hooks, and to use the safe you had to lie on the floor. Everything else was perfect! And everything very clean and well maintained. On the way to the room I discovered a large, beautifully furnished lounge with lots of comfortable armchairs and a large table for 8 people with great lighting and quiet music. There is also the so-called kiosk, which is a stylish room with a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A large drinks fridge is well stocked with drinks at extremely reasonable prices. Once you understand the concept of the "concept" hotel, it is a great opportunity to stay in luxury at a reasonable price. We will definitely come back, 100% recommendation. The telephone contact with the respective employees was friendly, helpful and very professional. You could tell that they were direct employees and not a call center, God knows where.

modernes, minimalistisches Design. Der neue Brutalismus. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal für Nippes, Agnesviertel in 25 min zu Fuss. Nur eine Beanstandung: Toilette im Zimmer war eher wie im Schullandheim und ohne Waschbecken.
