The location of the hotel is very good and it is very convenient to travel, especially for business travelers who come to Cologne to participate in the exhibition. It is very convenient to get to the exhibition hall. The center of the Cologne exhibition hall is just three metro stops across the river. However, the service of the hotel is very poor. It may be discriminatory towards Chinese tourists. , did not listen to opinions at all, stayed in the hotel for four days and did not change the quilt, and only agreed to change it under strong demand. There were no tissues in the room and they were not placed. When I went to the front desk to remind me, I did not follow it. I called the service desk and did not come to the room. Foreigners are consciously provided with disposable slippers when checking in. Chinese people don’t remind you when checking in, let alone proactively give them to you. It’s a very annoying check-in experience, so I will definitely not choose to stay here next time.

Gute Lage

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfreich und professionell. Leider ist die Einrichtung des Hotels in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lobby (es war Sylvester) vermittelte den Eindruck einer Bahnhofshalle - ungemütlich, keine Dekoration, keine Liebe zum Detail. Mit der Bar und dem Bistro verhielt es sich nichts anders. Der Frühstücksbereich im 1. OG ist eine Katastrophe und jeder Innendesigner würde sich die Haare raufen; ganz zu Schweigen vom Lärmpegel, wenn es voller ist. Auch hier hat man den Eindruck einer Bahnhofshalle. Meine Empfehlung - die Zimmer renovieren, die Matratzen austauschen und jemanden engagieren, der sich ein wenig um das Ambiente kümmert. Definitiv (bis auf das Personal) kein 5* Hotel.

Super Lage! Kann empfehlen im Rewe Parkhaus zu parken, direkt nebenan. Ist zwar etwas eng aber günstig

We waten vroeg daar en mochten al meteen inchecken omdat onze kamer al vrij was, dat was heel fijn. De kamer was heel ruim en rustig. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt was dat het zwembad blijkbaar niet bij het hotel hoorde en je hier €16 p.p voor moest bijbetalen!!!! Dat was wel een teleurstelling. Hotwl ligt heel dicht bij de oude stad en het grote winkelgebied, alles binnen loopafstand. Parkeren bij hotel (openbare parkeerplaats) os €30 per dag. Wij hebben bij station geparkeerd voor 18€ per dag, moet je wel een 10 minuten naar t hotel lopen, maar het is wel een mooie wandeling door de stad of langs t water.
