The staff at the front desk was really nice and the facilities in the hotel room are of high quality. It is seriously the best hotel I've ever been in for Europe so far.

Lage gut, alles sauber, Zimmer gepflegt und ansprechend eingerichtet. Schön wäre, wenn man nicht 2 Stunden erfolglos versuchen muss, sein iPhone mit dem Fernseher zu connecten. Frühstück reichhaltig und angenehm lang, hier bitte nicht alle 2 Minuten zum Abräumen kommen, das nervt etwas. Die Rezeption ist leider mit dem kleinsten problem völlig überfordert (nervt auch leider, außerdem wäre es angebracht, dem Gast hin und wieder zu glauben, wenn er berichtet, wo er was gebucht hat. Er weiß es in aller Regel besser als irgendein komisches „System“). Ansonsten und dennoch ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit Verbessrungspotential.

It is so pleasant to see such a spacious room after staying in tiny hotel rooms in Europe. It is very clean and modern. I love the firm mattress and the superb breakfast selection. The gym is also good. It is conveniently located near the university.
