Facilities: Fair enough for normal use.
Environment: Very close to Cologne Cathedral, just a short walk away. The price is reasonable. While it might not be comfortable for a longer stay, it's a good option for a one-day stay in Cologne.
Service: Excellent service, including luggage storage.

A magical hotel. We checked in before 15:00 completely free of charge. The rooms are clean, the linens are crisp white, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with designer touches. The location is perfect, very convenient, close to the train station, attractions, and the waterfront. The view from the window is lovely. The multi-level lighting is lovely! The only downside is that since we're from Russia and our cards aren't accepted, we had trouble paying the 4.50 euro tax. Luckily, another guest helped us pay with his card, but otherwise, we probably wouldn't have been able to check us in.
