Not the best hotel. It's very old and not very clean. In the evening there was no hot water. Breakfast is OK

The hotel building is old. It's like a labirent and was hard to find my room. The room was a bit smelling and the location of the bed was positioned. I had difficulty opening and closing the window. I heard some noises from the next room. The water in the shower cabin was cold. Other than that, the hotel's location is fairly good and it was a good stay for one night.

Comfort and retro design hotel. overall is great, staff is grea. the front desk is always open which is rare in Germany....lov it. this is good budget hotel.

Close to Rudolfplatz station. It is an old hotel with outdated facilities and the rooms are very small. When I saw the room on the first day, it was gloomy. I got used to it from the second day and slept well. If your only purpose is to sleep during a business trip or work, I recommend it in terms of cost-effectiveness.

The price is high, the location is OK. The price is too high during the exhibition. There is a presidential birthplace and a homeless center next to it. The bed is so small that you will fall off. The elevator is out of order.

Our room was small but clean, access to the room was very winding like a labyrinth, location: central but close to everything. Adequate for our needs.

The location was not bad, the employees were helpful. However, there was no kettle, tea, coffee or drinking water in the room. It did not meet our expectations in terms of price and performance.

We were in Cologne for a celebration. In the morning we dropped off our bags and asked if we could check into the room in the evening or late at night, which we were told we could. When we arrived at 4 a.m. we had to wait half an hour because our room had been cancelled. But it worked out. Overall, the hotel has seen better days. The rooms are quite nice. But they are enough for 4 hours of sleep.
