酒店地理位置優越，就在科隆大教堂邊上，很好找，酒店房間裏面也很乾凈寬敞，該有的各種設備設備都有，包括電水壺。而且酒店的服務非常好，非常細心，暖心，貼心，早餐花樣很多，吃得非常好，而且還有專門的荷包蛋，酒店的工作人員還專門給介紹各種早餐的花樣，真的不錯，強烈推薦。

它的早餐很驚艷，兩位老闆自己做的早餐，味道與擺盤水準竟然跟五星級媲美，圖六的煎餅很好吃。房間和樓道一塵不染，超級乾淨。地理位置非常方便，位於大教堂和巧克力博物館之間，附近有博物館、餐館和紀念品店。老闆經理善良熱情。但是沒電梯，適合輕行李的人士。晚上六點後入住得自助拿房鑰匙。

Wer auf der Suche nach einer stilvollen und gleichzeitig sehr individuellen Unterkunft in Köln ist, sollte sich dieses Hotel genauer ansehen! Das "Stern am Rathaus" ist in vielerlei Hinsicht etwas wirklich Besonderes: Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt - unmittelbar am Rathaus, hinter dem Alter Markt gelegen ist man mitten in der Stadt, hat aber nachts trotzdem seine Ruhe. Das Frühstück ist ein Knaller und sucht wirklich seinesgleichen...das Rührei ist ein kleines Kunstwerk, dazu gibt es eine riesige Auswahl von allem, was das Herz begehrt. Kleine Kirschpfannkuchen und FrenchToasts zum Frühstück...was gibt es Schöneres:). Auch das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber. Durch Euch und Eure Liebenswürdigkeit wird das Hotel erst zu dem, was es ohne Zweifel ist: Ein echtes Schmuckstück, in dem man sich rundum wohl fühlt! A superbly appointed small hotel located in a quiet back street in the heart of the old town less than 10 minute walk from the train station and all main historic attractions. Our room was a fair size with a very comfortable king-sized bed and ample hanging and shelves for at least a weeks’ stay. The bathroom was small but worked well, it was fitted out with luxury fittings, chic modern decor throughout and a great shower. The room was spotlessly clean and the air con worked well. The breakfasts were amazing, so much choice from cereals and fruit to cold buffet plus anything and everything you could possibly want cooked to order. A full selection of fruit juice, coffee and tea was also on offer providing an amazingly large selection for a small hotel. Andy was a great host advising us in everything from the tourist attractions to the best places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you to the whole team for making us feel so special.

Just returned from Stern am Rathaus where we had a very relaxing 3 night stay. The hotel is in the ideal place to explore Kőln and especially the old town. Andy and the staff were brilliant with very helpful information on bars / restaurants / things worth seeing etc. The rooms are small but clean and neat with good views. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, which is great to see. However, there are no toiletries beside the bath to use (unless you bring your own) and the available ones are in the shower unit fixed to the wall. The plug in the bath was also difficult to open afterwards. Don't turn the shower on to full force as the parallel shower channel cannot handle the volume of water and you may flood the bathroom (I almost did!). Breakfast is excellent, as is commented everywhere, as good as I have had anywhere recently. There is no lift however, just a stairs, so if you have any kind of limited mobility ask for a room low down. Rooms 7/8 are a bit of a trek! All in all a very nice experience

Stayed for 3 nights in May, had a lovely room with an early check in after very early flight. Hosts were exceptional, Clara and Francisco were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so nice, Very comfy beds, great shower, safe in room. Hotel is in a central location, Just minutes from the river and even less to the square, Cathedral is a very short walk, and about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area. A little noise from the street on first night but easily sorted, closed the window and turned air con on! Would definitely stay here again, thank you for your superb hospitality .

Stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 3. Beds were comfortable, staff really friendly and helpful (thanks Francisco and Kai!) and breakfast absolutely delicious. So much choice and my son loved his fried eggs and bacon. I want the Bircher Müsli recipe as it’s the best I’ve had (I’ve tried and failed many times to make it at home!). Great morning cheese selection too! With the windows closed the bells aren’t audible, and the aircon works. Would definitely stay here again if we revisited Köln.
