酒店地理位置優越，就在科隆大教堂邊上，很好找，酒店房間裏面也很乾凈寬敞，該有的各種設備設備都有，包括電水壺。而且酒店的服務非常好，非常細心，暖心，貼心，早餐花樣很多，吃得非常好，而且還有專門的荷包蛋，酒店的工作人員還專門給介紹各種早餐的花樣，真的不錯，強烈推薦。

它的早餐很驚艷，兩位老闆自己做的早餐，味道與擺盤水準竟然跟五星級媲美，圖六的煎餅很好吃。房間和樓道一塵不染，超級乾淨。地理位置非常方便，位於大教堂和巧克力博物館之間，附近有博物館、餐館和紀念品店。老闆經理善良熱情。但是沒電梯，適合輕行李的人士。晚上六點後入住得自助拿房鑰匙。

Wow, I haven't stayed in a hotel with this level of convivial service and welcoming a**osphere since "the before times."
Andy, the proprietor, is truly a gem, someone who clearly loves their job and does it with kindness and care.
The rooms are spacious for a standard size, and everything is thoughtfully designed, even if the aesthetics are a bit utilitarian (though this is Cologne, there aint much of the pre-war grandeur left). The breakfast is bountiful and cookies are on offer all hours of the day.
I didn't know what to expect from our Cologne weekend adventure, but I can tell you it was delightfully influenced by the loveliness of the folks at Stern am Rathaus.

Great stay in central location. Kai (breakfast) is 5 star quality and Clara very helpful as was Francisco on arrival. But a couple of reminders: 1) If arriving from Nuremberg by rail, the train comes into Messe/ Deutz NOT Koln Hbf, so the walk wasn,t as simple as planned. If you arrive at Koln Hbf, it’s flat all the way about 10 minutes easy walking. 2) There are 9 rooms (3 per floor) with no lift. On arrival Fransisco carried our bags up which was appreciated. 3) U Bahn Rathaus ( town hall not rat house) is 50 metres away and connections around the town are very simple with ticket machines on platforms and on board.

Het was echt fantastisch. Zeer goede locatie. Echt top. Super vriendelijk ontvangst. De eigenaren waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Top ontbijt met eigen gemaakte pannenkoekjes. Alles schoon. Overal is aan gedacht in dit hotel. Wij gaan zeker nog x terug.
