The distance from the station is moderate, and it is a convenient location to go anywhere. At the time of check-in, I was about to pay twice because the price I had paid at the time of booking was unpaid, but they corrected it immediately after that. With a schedule of 4 nights and 5 days, we had 3 staff members to help us, and we are grateful for their willingness to help us find a shop and consult with us. When I was told later that bath towels were not changed every day, was it really? ? ? Although I thought, it was a broken English, so I exchanged it. The candy shop next door is also recommended.

Ottimo B&B, posizione eccellente, camere pulite e comode, servizi molto buoni, colazione completa. Parecchio caro come d'altronde tutte le strutture in centro città, specialmente per la fiera Anuga. Per affari comunque vale la pena tornare

Overall a very nice hotel in a great location. However, we found out on arrival that the care machine was broken and needed to pay in cash with no option to wait until the next day if we wanted to check in.
Also, whilst mentioned way down in the hotel details there is no lift.

Der Herr an der Rezeption war freundlich, konnte wenig deutsch und es ewig gedauert, bis ich endlich ins Zimmer konnte. Kein Fahrstuhl, das Zimmer so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Das beste war das Kölsch in der Minibar. Frühstück war den Preis nicht wert. Es gab nur Weizenmehl Brötchen, kalte harte Eier… Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen

Supergoede ligging vlak bij de Heumarkt en Altermarkt. Beiden binnen 2 minuten te bereiken! De Dom op maar 7 minuten. Keurige en schone kamer 18m2 en badkamer, lekker bed, geen Boxspring veren in je rug of zij. Lekker ontbijt met nog lekkerder koffie en voldoende keuzemogelijkheden om je bord te vullen! Heel behulpzame gastheer en -vrouw. Eigenlijk hadden we een kamer op de 4e vloer maar omdat er geen lift is werd ons de mogelijkheid op de 3e vloer geboden en onze koffer door de gastheer naar boven gebracht. Enige ‘ momentje ‘ waar het hotel niets aan kan doen; de vuilniswagen om 06.45 was goed te horen omdat onze kamer aan een binnenplaats lag. Poncho’s (zie mijn andere beoordeling) restaurant op 2 minuten om de hoek alwaar we heerlijk hebben getafeld. Voor een volgende keer gaan we zeker hier weer naartoe. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A small and unique hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Good size rooms with fridge, mini safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the square and only a short walk to the main station and cathedral.
I will stay here again on my next trip to Köln.

Lovely small hotel in excellent location in the old town. Easy walk from train station and too all sights. Cafe attached is lovely for breakfast. Staff were all lovely and spoke English.
