Lovely boutique hotel with very kind staff. The location was great, walkable to the city centre, but on a quiet street away from crowds. Breakfast was very good, and the rooms were cozy and clean!

Unglaublich netter und herzlicher Empfang. Das Hotel ist super schnucklich und stylisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt… und die Betten sind sooo bequem - mal ehrlich, ist auch wichtig!!! Beim nächsten Mal in Köln kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder 👍

This was a lovely hotel and very good value for money. The staff were always very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent - near the metro and the main shopping area.
Only a couple of small ******* - no tea and coffee facilities in the room and it was slightly noisy at night time on Friday and Saturday. But that didn't detract from a very pleasant stay.

Lovely large room with a small sitting-room, giving onto the street, but it was all very quiet. large bathroom and very good shower. Very nice friendly and welcoming staff I could faintly hear noise from a party downstairs, but nothing to keep me from sleeping. One thing could have been better. I had a large double bed with a rather thin duvet for a single person.This means the duvet couldn't be fastened. It was both too light and traveled around too much for me not to wake up from time to time because I was cold and had to rearrange the whole thing. If you're going to give a single guest a large bed, please provide adequate covering.

A localização é realmente muito boa - a poucos passos da Neumarkt e 20 minutos de caminhada até a Catedral. A recepção foi boa, tivemos informações do que encontrar ao redor do hotel, mas ao adentrar ao quarto percebemos que acabamos um pouco iludidos pelos comentários e pelas fotos - não é um quarto rústico, é um quarto antigo com um banheiro renovado e uma cama box mais novo, de resto parece um quarto de avó. O armário de madeira é pequeno com portas meio travadas e se puxar com força o armário pode vir junto. E o chão é definitivamente a pior parte, porque não é um "piso de madeira original", mas sim pisos de madeira antigas, que rangem e afundam a qualquer passo, com muito espaço entre algumas tábuas que deixa espaço para muito acumulo de pó (o que é péssimo para alérgicos). Sabíamos que o hotel alugava espaço para festas privadas, mas não imaginávamos que esse espaço ficasse logo na entrada, fazendo com que passássemos por uma área delimitada para não "invadir" a festa - isso é bem estranho. Talvez para uma estadia de uma ou duas noites não seja tão ruim, mas ficar 8 dias num quarto em com um piso instável e barulhento definitivamente estragou nossa experiência.

Everything about our stay was great. A nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast... It's in the center but it was really calm during the nights. Would recommend when you are visiting Cologne! Also a very fair price.

A warm, friendly family hotel in a great location. Everyone was so friendly, the room was comfortable and the location was great! Yummy breakfast and honestly the kindest staff you could hope for. A great stay!
