I boooked a single room, for single person (only me)
It was written in the reservation that (a single room with twin bed) and I choosed the room according to this, even in my booking showing twin bed,
BUT they refused to give me room with twin bed as my booking, and gave me room with single bed,
I usually choose the room with twin bed even I'm travelling alone to be more comfortable, but they gave me other room,
I was busy with business didn't have time to go search for other hotel
No reception (its just a cashier inside a restaurant)
No lift
