Hello management ,, this is my first experience of your hotel,nice location and our room are very comfortable with, friendly invarment. Theres one DJ room ,,belong to downstairs,, theres 3 person with security,i talk them very polite way,,let me check whats going on inside..karoke room, theyre very rude to me, as per the hospitality industry ..um sorry to said this. Teach your team ..how to respect others,and friendly smile, thank you,
