Fortunately, I brought them all. The bathroom is a bit dim and hot. There is still plenty of water. There is an infinity swimming pool on the roof to enjoy the night view🌃. Dis is the second time i have been to dis place n it felt amazing n relaxed as ever. The property is nice, pristine n kept very tidy by its owner Mr. Suresh who is more than eager to attend to ur call if u ever need his attention, n not to forget the lovely garden surrounding the property. Located in the suburbs of Colombo called Nugegoda, rather a short distance from the main town which is well connected by public transport, it gives u an ambience of a village in the town. U have Lots of sprawling eateries around serving Authentic local, Indian n chinese cuisine. Der r lots of cafe's to hang around as well. It will be jus an understatement of sorts if I say dat both times I had a very pleasant stay n it is most likely my permanent address wenever i happen to b in Colombo.

Hotel Sapphire – Colombo 6 I recently stayed 8 nights in this hotel in late Jan – early Feb. It is perfectly positioned with close proximity to transport, restaurants, supermarkets and a short stroll to the beach. The room was very clean and spacious and had all the facilities that a hotel room could offer. The breakfast was tasty and varied from day to day. The highlight is the staff, all of whom who were polite, helpful, and efficient. The price was very reasonable. I have stayed in this hotel on many previous occasions, and I will keep going there while I am in Colombo. I can recommend this hotel to singles/couples/families. They will not be disappointed.

When we checked into our room and pulled back the blanket, there were hairs all in our bed. The refrigerator was filled with mold and that’s how it started. We let the front desk know and they changed our room. The second room was even WORSE! Sand in the bed, hairs stuck to the sheets along with dirt spots an a huge urine stain on the mattress pad. I’m the bathroom were dirty towels and that was more than my wife could endure. We grabbed our bags and immediately headed fir the door. Since this was booked online, they refused to give us a refund and the woman manager was rude to top it off. This shows on some sites as 5-stars and other show 4-stars… ridiculous!!! This is a one star property and is absolutely disgusting! If I could give it zero stars I certainly would. Read my other reviews and see that I give great ratings and that’s usually it. This time I feel OBLIGATED to share that this place is bottom of the barrel and you deserve better. You need to know this place is horrible DO NOT COME HERE. Better to sleep in a rental car. Pay the extra money and go somewhere nice.

Nice hotel, staff really helpful (e.g. one lent me their personal umbrella during the heavy rain), rooms clean and large, bbc on TV, large laptop compatible safe in wardrobe, and a curry house literally behind the hotel 50ft down an alley. Location central. COVID precautions are in place but not an issue, good to see Sri Lanka reopening up to the world.
