This hotel is located in a nice area of the Columbus metro. There are restaurants and activities nearby, and there is easy access to the interstate. The staff were welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and high enough for tall persons (sometimes a problem for us). The breakfast was acceptable. The one improvement is to have larger pillows rather than the small square pillows on the beds.

Furniture was run down. They only clean your room every 3 days so you have to get clean towels at the front desk. Parking was a nightmare at the car show they had. They gave you a parking pass but never enforced towing. More cars in the parking lot had no pass. Front desk lady was rude and said we need to plan better next time we come during the event. Yea, we’ll plan not to stay here.

This is our favorite hotel. We always stay here when we visit the Columbus area. Very clean and rooms are spacious. Staff is always friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! The pool is clean. Breakfast area is clean and always has a good selection of items.

Our room had mold in the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain and facet. There was black model in the freezer. A red stain on the floor. And the curtain looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. I told the front desk when we left and he didn’t even make note of my complaint or anything. Horrible experience, never again!

I am moving back to Columbus, and stayed four nights while looking for housing. This hotel was clean, quiet and conveniently located (shopping, restaurants and major roads), and staff was capable and friendly, especially Elaina in the breakfast area. She remembered names, greeted people as they arrived and asked whether they had slept well!

Upon approaching the check-in desk, Zahra made us feel like we were a member of the visiting her. She was very friendly and assured us she was there to help. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. There is only one hotel, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a good night's rest. We would stay there again.

A very nice hotel, clean room, comfortable beds, an elevator, but not enough luggage carts. The room was average size, but we did not feel cramped. There were enough plugs to charge all our devices. There was a bench outside the back door where you could smoke. To get back in, people left a stone in the door to keep it from locking. The hotel must be doing renovations, because there were several "pods" out back which didn't make for a nice view (not that it would have been a much nicer view, because it was just of the parking lot.) We spent a pleasant, quiet night. The breakfast the next morning was great and included waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, breads, oatmeal, and of course, coffee.

Stayed one night while in Columbus for work. The hotel was nice, clean, and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is in an area where there are a lot of restaurants and there is plenty of shopping as well if that is what you are looking for. There are restaurants you can walk to a well. The hotel is a short drive from downtown Columbus and Easton. The free breakfast is very good. Would recommend.
