We are currently just finishing our holiday here at the H10 and we have had a lovely stay and will definitely be returning. We did a last minute upgrade to Privilege after reading many reviews about it and I am so glad we did. I will now add to these reviews and urge people to upgrade if you can. We loved the privilege restaurant and having a la carte breakfast and dinners. This was the main reason for us to upgrade as we did not want to go to the buffet every day. The food in the Privilege restaurant was fantastic, so well presented and delicious food. We have dined at the Italian which is also lovely and Route 66 which was not a favourite and we would only go there once. It’s not to say Route 66 is bad, it just wasn’t to our taste and more of a “fast” food vibe. The drinks in the Privilege lounge are great, I wasn’t expecting such a good choice of spirits and it is very well laid out and stocked throughout the day. We aren’t big drinkers so having a couple of drinks here during the day is perfect for us and therefore the Half Board package worked well and we didn’t require all inclusive. Water is included during the day, there’s a water station in the pool bar and the rooftop bar will also fill bottles or have cups of water. The cones of crisps and nuts are a welcome snack :) We did have a slight issue with our room. We were in a junior suite - room 3201 and there was a constant noise (like a generator noise) which never stopped. After a couple of days I asked about it, and it wasn’t something that could be fixed so the only option was to be moved rooms. Unfortunately, they didn’t have another suite available but could move us to a double room and credit the difference. It wasn’t an ideal scenario to have to repack and move but I’m glad we did as the noise was very annoying. I hope this gets sorted for future guests and thank you to guest relations for helping sort the issue. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning, peaceful and the service from the lady on the rooftop is great. She’s so friendly and happy and it’s lovely to see her each day :) The kids club and splash park is really nice, although the splash pool could be warmer. The pools areas have plenty of sunbeds and we’ve not had any issue going to any pool and getting beds. A trip to Fañabe beach is well worth it for a change of scenery. We’ve had a fantastic stay, service in all restaurants has been great and to find a nice clean, modern, well run hotel with excellent food which ticks all the boxes is sometimes hard to find but we’ve found a great one here and will be back. Thanks H10
