"Poor attitude of front desk staff"

"Oh dear. Our terrible welcome (not) after a long journey spoiled everything. It was all a bit Fawlty Towers. The young man wasn’t friendly at all. We wanted dinner but were told that we would have to wait for service because there was a table of 8 people. Yes but in an enormous room there was only 4 other people. And yes we did have to wait. It was all rather amateur. The young man from the guest then became the waiter. We had to fetch our own menu. And when we ordered wine it took 20 minutes to come and the bottle had already been opened before it came to the table. It was horrible and expensive and they charged for it. The replacement bottle took another 10 minutes to come. The food when it came was good although the dessert was not great. The restaurant was a bit bleak. We felt that the nice lamps needed to be lower with less bright bulbs. Back in the room the TV didn’t work. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom fine. The next day we realised that it was in fact a nice place. The woman on the desk was really helpful. The lounge was beautiful with lots of fun games and we had a lovely coffee. It’s a real shame that our initial experience was so bad."

"The balcony sea view is very good, sent us welcome champagne 🍾 Our New Year's Eve dinner in the pool with music and party, but dinner 127 euros a person price is quite expensive ' very close to the town, New Year's Eve concert to second At six o'clock, the environment and atmosphere is very good. The holiday is more expensive during the New Year, the room is a bit small, and there is no light on the ceiling of the shower room, only the light on the sink, which is relatively dim."

"People :D this one is the best and my favorite of all of Nest chain The breakfast omg is for kings and queens literally! I spend 2weeks there and every day I could combine different ingredients to enjoy my breakfast. All the girls are so nice and in the good mood. They together create events and food tasting. It is clean clean clean, meny bathroom options, beds have them locker and nice terrace as well. I recommend 200%"

"The apartment is spacious and extremely clean. Kathy who manages the place is attentive and pleasant and accommodating. There are no amenities or front desk but if you travel often, this is often the case. There is parking for free- it’s street side- around the plaza There is a restaurant below the apartments #Bontherocks which is excellent - a 5 star meal out. It is not at all affiliated with the apartments though. Great breakfast place across the plaza #BarPlaza. There’s a well stocked market on the plaza; great for snacks and drinks The apartment is just steps away from the lava coast and a beautiful walking path. The location and lack of tourists are significant selling points. For €100 a night, it was perfect"

"A basic but very clean room. The fridge was useful. A small balcony with views up and down the street. The bed was comfortable. A single small drawer for clothes and hanging space. Table and chair for balcony. Spare blanket. Excellent location for local beaches and good fish restaurants. The room was great."

"This was our second stay at this hotel during the summer holiday period from August 29th to 8th, a family of 2. The hotel is a solid 3-star hotel for us, as per Spanish standards. The room is suitable for families. We had a room with a wonderful ocean view and air conditioning, which is essential during this time of year. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The food was excellent. Breakfast was typical of any other, but everyone could find something to eat. Dinner was varied, different every day, and the meals were good. The staff was always helpful and smiling. I especially wanted to thank Mrs. Pepa from the restaurant, thanks to whom our little "Pavarotti" started eating well and was well-behaved. There are three pools, so everyone could find something to enjoy. The sunbeds were taken from 6 a.m., but there was always a chance to find one. The hotel is in a good location, an excellent base for exploring Tenerife. We will gladly return sometime. One small downside during our vacation: we only had two properly made Barraquitos from the pool bar. The staff should be given some training. Because the Barraquito is made with 43 liqueur, not banana liqueur."

"This hotel and its staff are incredible! Unfortunately, on our last day there, my daughter was unwell and needed to be taken to hospital by ambulance. The team were all exceptional in helping her and us. From the guys at the pool who rushed to help, to the manager and all the guest team. They even had dinner waiting for us, in our room, when we returned from hospital. We can't thank enough Yaiza, Maria, Miguel and everyone else. Thankfully my daughter is now fine and we will 100% be back, I can't recommend highly enough."

"Had an absolutely amazing holiday with my partner at Gran Melia Palacio De Isora. Red Level staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The overall experience was 5-star from the food to the service and accommodation. We particularly loved the sunsets and our dinners at the La Terasse Red Level restaurant. Would be coming back for a third time soon! "

The houses are equipped with everything you may need, 3 perfect swimming pools and private transfer to move inside the resort and to go the beach. A special thank to Aaron, our first contact in the hotel and transfer, that helped us with all our necessities and explained us how everything in the house worked. Definitely going back in this hotel in the near future! "
