"The Pink Palace is absolutely massive and beautiful! The breakfast fruit was incredibly sweet and delicious. Even though there were a lot of guests, the hotel felt spacious because of its size. The pillows were so comfortable to sleep on, and the turndown service chocolate was tasty. The funicular down to the beach was closed, which was a bummer. Perhaps there were too many guests, and after the last beach train, the staff were slow to pick people up. I waited on the beach for half an hour, and had to call twice before a car came to take me back to the lobby. Aside from that, though, the overall experience was still very good."

"We normally expect a certain standard when travelling with HF Holidays. This hotel fell way below our expectations. In particular the evening meal was always disappointing. We had to choose the day before from poor descriptions but was basically chicken, fish and vegetarian. Occasionally they were all unappetising and in summary, very poor value for money. Luckily the walking was very good and the ability to buy own packed lunches elsewhere was adequate. Breakfast was tolerable - just."

"All was perfect. The apartment is innocent, spacious, quiet, with everything you need. From the balcony, a view of Los Gigantes. A walk can be travelled to the restaurants without having to have its car. Attention l'accueil se fait jusqu'à 19h et non 23h comme indiqué dans la réservation, certainement une erreur de mise à jour.Le personnel d'accueil a cependant été très réactif ( arrivée tardive ), s'est efforcé de parler français ce qui a fortement aidé dans la communication au téléphone qui n'est pas évident quand on ne parle pas la langue. Une boîte à clé est alors mise à disposition. The check out was very fast and efficient ! To recommend without hesitate."

"The hotel is very big, which is also the selling point of this hotel. The outdoor space is very large, and the swimming pool is non-heated. If you don't go in in the afternoon, you will basically freeze into popsicles. However, the water in the swimming pool is very clear, and you can't even tell where the water level is. This hotel spent all its funds on the construction of public areas. The room facilities are old, the bathroom leaks, and the cleanliness of the room is OK. The hotel has too many class stratifications, including ordinary customers, member customers, and red level. Spend 2,000 yuan a night to feel the class difference. The most outrageous thing is that there is no free water. There are only two bottles of filtered water on the day of check-in, and there is nothing after that. You have to pay for the mini bar! ! I feel it is very outrageous and incomprehensible to pay for this room rate! ! !"

"A hotel with a restaurant with two Michelin stars and one Michelin star. The hotel is very big and we ate at the creative Japanese restaurant MiYi. The appetizers were good, the main courses were not. And the assembly line is very strong. The hotel room is OK and big, but the balcony is terraced, so people upstairs can see what they are doing on the balcony downstairs, which is not very private. The balcony allows you to watch the sunset. The doorstep feels like a small village, with supermarkets and restaurants. It is very close to the beach and there is a nude beach nearby. The breakfast was good, but the waiter was not so good."

"Best hostel I have visited so far!! In Tenerife i visited 8 different hostels, but this one will always stay in my heart. At first I came here only for two nights but later i decided to come back and stay for another week. The staff was the best part of the experience and they made me feel like a part of family since the moment i arrived. The breakfast was always really espectacular, rooms were spacious and clean and so was the rest of the house. Since the house was pretty small, it made the connections with staff and another guests even stronger. Kiss to everyone, i miss you already! Cant wait to come back and be a part of the Arena Nest Family again ＜3 "

"The apartment is spacious and extremely clean. Kathy who manages the place is attentive and pleasant and accommodating. There are no amenities or front desk but if you travel often, this is often the case. There is parking for free- it’s street side- around the plaza There is a restaurant below the apartments #Bontherocks which is excellent - a 5 star meal out. It is not at all affiliated with the apartments though. Great breakfast place across the plaza #BarPlaza. There’s a well stocked market on the plaza; great for snacks and drinks The apartment is just steps away from the lava coast and a beautiful walking path. The location and lack of tourists are significant selling points. For €100 a night, it was perfect"

"The hotel is gorgeous, good location, but let down by a cockroach in the room, housekeeping, they didn’t clean the room at all for two days until they approached the cleaning lady and said, they simply let him through, for unknown reasons, they gave him a room with an ocean view (they took the deluxe) swimming pool, noisy, swimmers scream during the day, you can hear a disco at night, so keep in mind, the food is not very tasty, watermelons and melons are tasteless, most of the people in the hotel are pensioners, the staff don’t care, they don’t bother here, no matter how many times they came for breakfast there were no clean ones tables, there were dirty plates of food left from previous guests, I had to run around the whole restaurant to look for a place to sit and whether there would be clean cutlery, people sat down with breakfast at dirty tables, or where there were no cutlery, service was 3. Overall good, but could be better!"

"We just got back from holiday in Tenerife we stayed at this hotel and we had amazing time ,rooms clean spacious, pool area is always clean , lovely entertainment by Amanda, she is such a sweetheart got adults and kids involved into activities. Hotel located in La coleta area which is so close to Costa Adeje and tbh everything , there is 467 bus that takes you los cristianos or Costa adeje easy communication, the beach near it with a black sand my child loved to explore. We booked as breakfast and dinner , breakfast there was always something to choose from , as for dinner some days we struggled find things we like but I guess it’s same at most hotels we ever been. Overall I would recommend the hotel for family holiday, away from busy roads and peaceful environments."
