The facilities, decor and quality of this hotel was great but what really made the difference was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Yasmina and Veronica provided a great start to the day with friendly and attentive service at breakfast. Idurre did the same for evening drinks in the lounge and there was no drop off in the quality of service when Karen stepped in for both breakfast and evening service. We also received high quality of service by the very hardworking Sharon in the UTC bar. She was particularly attentive, no matter how busy it was she could see who needed serving, often remembering your favourite drinks and always with a smile. Finally, one of the waiters in numerous restaurants, Abdel, was another who provided great attentive service and always greeted you like you’d known him for years.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, they show patience and are friendly with smiles and are always keep to help. Special mentions to Yedey & Valentina who without doubt made my holiday experience all the better. Yedey walked round every evening with a chef to help translate as I had particular dietary requirements and he did it with grace and patience. He is an absolute gem. Valentina is a fire cracker and welcomed us every evening with smiles and warmth and is full with life. She made dining in the evening fun.

We stayed in the Deluxe Gold room, it was lovely had everything you would need. The balcony was lovely too plenty space. Staff were very helpful and the food on the buffet restaurant, pool restaurants and bakery were all delish!! The lagoon pool and family pool were good but we preferred the adult pool they had live music & DJs so really entertaining. I would suggest staying in the Rock Royalty rooms as it’s easier access to the adult pool & it has its own restaurants and bars that’s what we will do next time.

Brilliant week made even more special by the staff at the Eden bar. Extra thanks to Matteo Javito and Alexandra. The attention to detail and the relaxed manner that they go about their business is fantastic. Javier outside the main bar also looked after us in evenings very well. Thank you.

I have paid for the highest floor room with a sea view. The building has a 16th floor but we got the 9th floor room. We were disappointed about the room. The The air conditioning in the room wasn't good.
The staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly.

It was a much needed time away and it lived up to all expectations it is our 3rd time here, staff, rooms, food drink and the choice at breakfast was everything you could possibly want

HRH was amazing. The hotel, staff and food were fantastic. Food and drinks were pricey but there are alternatives outside of hotel. We were B&B the breakfast buffet was out of this world and huge! from speaking to others AI was not worth it as not everything is AI and couldn't get into the restaurants. I think this may be an issue in peak season. There are good restaurants outside of the hotel we didn't have a bad meal. The facilities and surroundings excellent. Might be worth hiring a car if you want to go further afield as not much around. We did use the local bus service which was great and outside hotel. I would definitely go back make sure you like music its everywhere at HRH!
