Third time. First with family. Second with my son. Always plenty of activities for children and all the family, day and night. Third solo. I had a great week, 11-18 May 2024, as I had previously. A vast complex. Low rise buildings! The staff were great as before. My room was a suite with sea view. Very comfortable. The food was good, fresh and varied, with a vast buffet selection, for all tastes. The outdoor eating facility Nemesis always had freshly cooked paella (prepared in front of you) and burgers, plus a variety of snacks. My only, slight ****** there was the food was not always hot. Sometimes only luke warm. The cold food, salad ingredients were plentiful. Overall a great week. But take a good pair of walking shoes as downhill to external activities and the sea. Steep coming back. Steep uphill walk to a supermarket

A gorgeous hotel with brilliant surroundings. Our third time visiting however we won't be back. Positives:food is great,plenty of selection. Always something to eat in the buffet. Rooms very clean. Negatives: We have a young family.Each time we have visited we always say the SOFT PLAY needs improve,but it's actually got very bad now. It's actually unsafe a child will hurt themselves if it's not fixed soon. It's covered in tears and some of the areas aren't soft etc. The SPLASH AREA also needs looked at. Soft ground needs placed under slide. I saw many children hurting themselves after flying off the slide. For us these negatives outweigh the positives as our kids love these areas normally.

What a beautiful hotel! Just come back from a gorgeous stay here. The hotel and staff are lovely. The food selections are plentiful, and there is plenty of selection even after a week of all inclusive always found something different to try. We enjoyed our two free a la carte nights also (that comes when booking a suite) Only slight downside was after 9.30pm there was no food on offer anywhere so if you are peckish only a vending machine is on offer. But this didn’t bother us too much. But it is something to be mindful of if you’re expecting to arrive after this time. We arrived at 9pm the first night and the receptionist was kind enough to inform us to go and eat straight away and check in afterwards otherwise we would have been very hungry after travelling since 12pm that day. It has a shop on site but this closes at 9pm. The local area is very sp****, there are a few shops and bars but nothing like the more busier areas of the island. This did not bother us at all as only there for a week and the hotel was big enough and nice enough to stay on site. Room was very clean, WiFi was great! Even had access to some English channels too on the TVs which is always handy. I couldn’t really fault this hotel, from the reception staff, housemaids, and waiters, bar staff and even the clown in reception! My kids loved it here and I look forward to returning again soon.

This hotel is the best all inclusive I've ever stayed at for families. Everywhere is pristine clean, the food and drink is lovely with so much choice, staff are always friendly and accommodating. The children's entertainment team are honestly incredible so welcoming and friendly, theres a clown at reception most mornings making balloons for the children and giving out sweets, that my children thought was great and their entertainment at night is always varied and entertaining for the whole family. We watched the Disney collaboration last night it was so so good. We also went to the Fair on the saturday and neon night on the friday which made staying in feel like going out. Landi and the landi disco is always a big hit too. My children ate 8, 5 and 2 and there was something for them all. I can't recommend this hotel enough, book it, you won't be disappointed.

We spent few days in February. The weather was amazing the hotel is faboulus. Only down point is that should have a bit more vegetarian option in restaurant.

Based on a UK rating I would say this hotel would be a maximum of 3 stars. Everything looks stunning from afar but up close it could be a lot better. Our room was spacious but dressing table had scratches and stains on the mini fridge was not properly cleaned. There was big scuff marks on painted doors. The coffee machine provided in the room was not clean there was an old coffee cartridge still inside. After I removed and tried to clean. The dirt that came out of the machine in two cups when using it to boil water was shocking. The TV had channels tuned in but if you selected them it said no aerial available. The sport areas/ play areas are all run down. On the first night at the buffet dinner restaurant. At the end of the middle island when I was queuing to see what was available there. There was a fly hovering over a dish, me and other guests tried to wave it away from landing on the food but that put me off eating that night. The snack bar was hit or miss if you would get hot food sometimes the food had went completely cold. I enjoyed the cheese burgers and the kids enjoyed the chips. One of my children does not like cheese but there were no plain burgers offered just cheeseburgers and the cheese was welded on. On one occasion I went to the pool buffet restaurant. I saw two big pans of paella and a chef stiring them. I was looking forward to trying the dish. The chef had went in the back and as I approached a small bird flew and was sitting on the side of the pan helping itself to the paella. This area did have the incense candles to keep bugs away had screen doors to protect most of the food. But the hotel really needs to look into something like beaded curtains to deter the birds from flying into eating areas. It was a usual sight to see these birds flying in and out of the main restaurant and hopping round the floor. One morning I went to take a seat in the main dining room but noticed in time bird droppings down the inner back of the chair. In the restaurant I found most times the plates weren't properly cleaned you could see and feel grime and the glasses always looked dirty. If you have fussy eaters this is not the place to go. My son had to live on chips and my daughter chips or plain pasta. The children's buffet instead of sausages it would of been sausages boiled with onions. Just combinations that would put some kids off. There was never at least one plain option for picky eaters. I loved the black sand beach but around the hotel it is very quiet with not much in close proximity. I enjoyed getting away with my family.

An absolutely unforgettable stay here. The facilities were incredible, rooms really spacious and immaculately clean. Food superb for all inclusive, plenty of variation. Special mention to the animation team who were fab with the kids. Also Orlando and his team in the grill made our final night very special with a beautiful meal. 5 stars and we can't wait to come back. Thank you.
