I spent two nights here in Leon as a break during my pilgrimage to Santiago, and it was an excellent choice!! ^^I really want to recommend it to people. The interior structure was a great combination of antique and modern, and it felt like I was staying in a mansion. I want to come again next time!^^

Bij ontvangst werd ons niet alles uitgelegd en de ontvangst was niet al te vriendelijk. Onder andere werd ons geen valid parking aangeboden en kon je met de bagagekar de hotelkamer niet bereiken waardoor je de koffers nog via trappen moest sjouwen naar de hotelkamer. Kamer zelf was prima voorzien van alle nieuwe faciliteiten en er was koffie en thee in de kamer. Wel kregen we de ventilator in de nacht niet uit wat bijzonder storend was en ons nachtrust heeft gekost. Het hotel zelf is wel prachtig. Er zijn vele ruimtes, er hangt overal kunst en je waant je in een museum. Ontbijt was zeer goed en de bediening uitermate vriendelijk. Je kunt op de binnenplaats van het hotel gratis parkeren, helaas zijn er geen mogelijkheden tot het laden van electrische auto’s, De plaats Leon zelf hebben we even doorheen gelopen, de kathedraal is mooi maar om erin te komen moet je betalen. Er zijn genoeg goede restaurants in de plaats waarvan het restaurant naast het hotel (Cocinandos) een Michelin ster heeft en de moeite waard is om te bezoeken

Este Parador es sin duda uno de los hoteles más bonitos del planeta, por el edificio histórico dónde se encuentra, el arte y la historia de sus muros y lo cuidada de la reforma. Vamos cada 5 años y seguiremos haciéndolo. Merece la pena la visita guiada
