The stuff is superbe! The people from the front desk are super professional even when you are stressed they think about a way to solve problems with going the extra mile! Thank you so much for such service! So reader please be nice to them! The breakfast and the beds/rooms/toilet/foyer are very clean - that’s really a big plus and beds are truely comfy. The modern Retro looking supercool Toilet even has a bidet and the soap is not one of those cheap soaps it smells wonderful and is not slimy! Check out the Italian espresso! It’s good and also the mini cupcakes, fresh different fruits, the fresh yoghurt (no drying spots yesss) and the salami is remarkable. Foyer and check in with modern desks for working travelers or young and old kids who want to charge their gadgets… Wifi: no Problems Good rest :)

Good hostel, near a supermarket and convenient location with the railway station. A bit overshadowed that my room was on the first floor with a window to the courtyard, it was pretty noisy even with earplugs ... And a rather modest breakfast compared to hostels for the same price. But the friendliness of the staff and convenient location sweetened these inconveniences.

Highly recommend DO NOT BOOK that horrible hotel! There are much better accommodations around. 03.09- 04.09 Me & my boyfriend paid 230 euros for one night's stay in that hotel (COMO) The receptionist (Cristian) said the policy of the hotel obliges us to pay the whole amount for accommodation while check-in. So we did. I paid the whole amount in cash. The next day 04.09 hotel charged me again the same whole price for my stay by using my card details. I called reception, and Claudia told me that she will call me back, but she never did, she left home without telling any colleagues about my problem. I called reception again the next day and Claudia when she heard that it's me she said that I have to wait for an answer. I asked her how long because I need my money and I want to know when will I have it back, but she dropped the phone! DROPPED THE PHONE! So I don't even know what to do, it is super humiliating to face such an attitude, should I bag the hotel to get my money back?! They do not reply to the emails, do not call me back, or hang the phone if I call. I don't want to go to the police, but what else can I do?! The hotel in Como and the hotel in Milan have two different owners, so even in Milan, they said that they can not do anything to help me. It's the first time in all my travel experience I face such rudeness and unprofessionalism. Apart from that, we did the checkout at 11.15, so we were 15 min late. The receptionist (Claudia) charged us 15 euros (1 euro per minute) for the late checkout. More of that, she insisted that I should pay as well for the late checkout for the other guests, that Im not related to! Because we booked our rooms at the same time for her it means that we are friends and I will pay for them as well! I couldn't do anything since she had my card, I was obliged to pay. The other guests, paid for their rooms separately, with another card, but Claudia still charged me those 40 euro! That is unacceptable! I was very mad, so I told Claudia the trough ”That is the worst hotel I had ever stayed” and Claudia replied, ”YOU ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER EVER”. Apart from all that, the rooms are very poor, the view is horrible! For many years there are the construction works in front, so that will be the view from your balcony! The walls are so thin that you can literally hear all the conversations of the other guests. I stayed here for a few nights while working in Lugano Switzerland nearby. I thought the room was really good and clean and I had a nice balcony. The rate was very good. I liked that the hotel was a bit away from the city center, but a nice walk to the old walled city. I mapped 800M to the Porto Torre in the old city and 1.3 KM to the Cathedral by the lake. It felt like being in the real town of Como, not the fully tourist area. There is a really nice rooftop bar with a pool and I went there for drinks and had some decent food there also. I also had quite a nice breakfast buffet included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy walking, and they gave me an excellent map and directed me on a lovely walk around the lake to Cernnobio the next village over and I took a ferry back that was only 2.5 euros. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Como.

The staff here truly made this stay amazing. My husband and I were eloping to Como and then continuing on our honeymoon during our stay here. That means we needed all of our shipping from Los Angeles organized for my wedding dress and my husbands suit, as well as all of our other clothing items that wouldn't continue the trip in our luggage. Francesco helped me every step of the way. When we checked in, he was ready with our shipment!! On the day of our check out, he was not working, but Cecelia was informed and made sure to take care of our return shipment. The two of them seriously took so much stress off of my plate. Barbara and Ermelinda were so attentive and kind at the front desk. They made check in and any questions we had so easy to take care of. Davide, Matteo, and Ali at the pool were hysterical and hospitable. The pool at this hotel was fantastic and these three made the time spent up there so welcoming. I wish I could have spent the whole trip up there. Sara on the Marketing team was the star of our stay. We needed an intimate place to take our first look photos and video shots because the weather wasn't panning out on that morning. She made it happen. She was kind, reasonable, and so creative. Without her, our elopement day would not have been so special. Thank you so much to the Hilton Lake Como team. (The hotel was also BEAUTIFUL with an amazing breakfast buffet. About a 20 minute walk into Como proper. Will definitely be returning!!)

We have only spent 3 nights in this beautiful garden. The old buildings have been renovated lovely and the old charm is feeling in the facility. From the reception to the newly opened restaurant (absolutely delicious regional food! evening) the staff was very friendly and premature. English was not a problem too. The nearness to the motorway we have seen as a advantage in the excursions, the noise is heard. For our dog the good was also a highlight! In the small park, accessible through the window, you can use the line to walk. There are also plenty of green flakes around the hotel. The buffet is rather overviewed, there are regional sauce and cheese, bread and sweet food, and fresh fruit (unfortunately no vegetables). Who prefers a shower than a bath, should ask for a room with a shower. We have got a suite with a bathtub which was uncomfortable for us. In the whole we had a beautiful feeling to be welcome, and that's the most important!

Excellent location, in the center (it's a plus but also a penalty for the noise down the street until late at night, especially on weekends). But we must be honest, there is a lot to work on the structure ... Room sold as superior but the superiors are far from it. No TV in the room and this is serious for me if you sell a 'superior' for almost €100 a night. Bad soundproofing, you could also hear the snoring of the rooms next door ... Very inconvenient the fact that it is on a third floor without a lift and therefore only stairs, and at the end of the day it is really hard, impossible for families with prams or the handicapped. Poorly maintained entrance door on the street, it borders the service door of a restaurant / bar that gives off strong smells at all hours. Appreciated the coffee maker in the room and the water, but this does not enhance the structure itself. The bidet leaked, an air conditioner mounted on the kitchen hood with drain pipe in the sink of the same. For a room sold as a Superior at almost €100 a night I would say absolutely not...Ok the cleaning and telephone courtesy of the staff (I say telephone since we have never met the owners for obvious personal reasons, nor is there a reception). to say that they were very courteous in leaving the room for us even after check-out time without a supplement, truly a convenience for those who visit and then return before leaving.

Review for a one day stay from Singaporean who stay 29-30 August 22. Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy . Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling . Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good ! Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy . Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .

I had only 1 night, for a night I stayed at the hotel and ordered. This purpose the hotel worked perfectly. Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Super-comfortable bed and good bed linen. I didn't understand the air conditioner myself, I had to ask on the recipe. The rails on the windows work a switch. Tea and refrigerator. Very soft, huge towel for the shower. Find the hotel easy, from the station straight with one turn of 10 minutes. Near the supermarket 24 hours. The city is small, so in general everything is close. From the downside - water in the shower is bad.

Stayed here for 2 nights, for the price the room is great, comfortable bed, spacious and clean. Bathroom is fine, the shower is quite small so bear this in mind. Breakfast was great, lots of sweet options like pastries, tarts etc. Location was 5 minutes or less from the train station so very convenient and 5-10 mins from the ticket place to get the ferry to Bellagio. Overall the hotel was perfect for what wanted and great value for the price.
