My family absolutely loved our stay at the Hibird. We would definitely stay again and recommend any coming to that area to check them out. You will not be disappointed. The location is perfect. No need for a car. Everything is in walking distance from food, stores, nightlife and the beach.

From booking my trip to check out this hotel provided some the best customer service I have ever experienced. Hector, Juan, and every other staff member we encounter was exceptional! If you’re going to PR the only place to stay is the HiBird!!

We stayed at HiBird for 5 nights while visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. We enjoyed our time there. Very clean, nicely designed apartments, comfortable beds. Every apartment is equipped with kitchen and fridge. We had one bedroom apartment, which was spacious with king bed and a sofa. Everything was in a very close proximity. Beach was just one block away. Restaurants and cafes are all around. We did not have a car, Uber was very cheap and convenient. I think that HiBird was definitely a good idea, you get so much more, then when staying in a small hotel room. One thing I wanted to notice especially is the attentiveness and hospitality of the staff. Huge thank you to Hector Medina for following on our every wish and being such a great host. We hope to be back.

This was one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Hector in the front desk was a great help, went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay, will definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We originally had a different place that turned out to be a nightmare. This made up for it and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. It was nice, space was comfortable, and staff were friendly.
