"The location of the hotel is very good. It is located on Condado Road. There are many delicious restaurants here, including several Chinese restaurants. It is also very close to the beach and casino. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We moved to a homestay in the ancient city in the next few days, and our stay was not as comfortable and convenient as this hotel. So next time I come to San Juan, I will choose this hotel again. Ctrip"
"We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a short car or bus ride from the eastern-side forts and Viejo San Juan, and they had a lovely pool (the second photo was the view from the pool area overlooking the lagoon) and exercise room. We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, and the food was solid in terms of both hot and cold options (but unfortunately there wasn't any variety between days); we enjoyed the made-to-order omelets very much. The highlight included amenity of this hotel was the beach umbrellas and chairs at the Playita del Condado, which was a calmer beach and away from the ripcurrents; we were also able to use the pools at the Condado Plaza."
"Very good hotel, with direct access to the sea, with an outdoor swimming pool with good scenery and suitable for taking pictures, the staff is very friendly and caring, the rooms are clean, and the decoration is stylish."
"There are not many Puerto Rico hotels to choose from on Ctrip, and the reviews are limited. Most of them are reproduced on booking. This hotel was chosen at random based on price and location. The hotel is quite old, the rooms are not big and clean, ten minutes drive from the old town, and there are some seaside highway scenery along the way. The hotel has two small swimming pools, which are mainly used to bring baby water. The beach in the hotel is very close, and a nice evening walk. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and Star Dad are available. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Cantonese. The dishes are generally large but expensive, and three people eat ninety dollars quickly. Not recommended if there is no obsession with Chinese food. Breakfast at the hotel is not bad. If the requirements are not high, it is okay to eat enough. After all, the old breakfast is simple. After staying for two days, I got up to prepare for a bath the next day and found that there was no hot water. The parking lot is huge, $ 17 a night."
"Thank you for the excellent stay. we didn't manage to find the jacuzzi but we didn't try too hard, either. The pool was very nice, the pina colada was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable. The infinity pool is on the cliff overlooking the ocean, it's small but beautiful, and it opens until midnight. Beach isn't close by and at the closest one tide is pretty high so we just stayed at the pool area. "
"We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door."
"Absolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!"
"Great little spot to stay at. Really liked the area and the place itself felt safe. Only complaint is we almost got locked out the room bc the key wasnt working. We had to jiggle it and take it hella times before actually being able to open the lock. "
