GGuest UserWe had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!

GGuest UserGreat little spot to stay at. Really liked the area and the place itself felt safe. Only complaint is we almost got locked out the room bc the key wasnt working. We had to jiggle it and take it hella times before actually being able to open the lock.
