"Poor maintenance, unprofessional staff, and hidden costs. I had high hopes for this location, but my experience was below average from check-in to check-out. Maintenance issues: The biggest frustration was the television. It simply did not work. When I requested a fix, the staff member informed me that most televisions in the hotel were out of service and there was nothing they could do. No apology, no discount, and no effort to switch my room—just a complete lack of accountability. Environment: The ambiance was ruined by a strong smell of ********* permeating near my floor. It made the stay feel unsafe and unhygienic. Parking: The parking situation added insult to injury. The lot attendants were unprofessional, and the $33 daily fee is an absolute rip-off. For a hotel guest already paying a premium rate, parking should be complimentary or significantly reduced. Overall, this property does not live up to the Holiday Inn Express standard. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere in Condado."
