La Concha Renaissance San Juan Resort Reviews

Loved this place so much that I booked an extra night! I had an ocean room and the view is so worth it!

The most horrible experience! It is so sad for me that my first time in Puerto Rico went through a rough time at La Concha Hotel !! The bartenders and one of the managers in duty at night time treated me and my fiends so horrible they are clearly homofobics and transphobics !

The room is very big. I specially booked a room with a kitchen so that I can cook some simple food. It's nice😊. The infinity pool has a beautiful view and there are lounge chairs on the beach near the sea.

Facilities: Great 👍 Hygiene: clean👍 Environment: Very, very good! Highly recommend the sea view room; it is amazing. The hotel has two bars. The outdoor garden bar can go directly to the seaside; very suitable for vacation. Service: Very considerate

Clean and tidy with many entertainment facilities

Stayed for six days, the experience is very good, the room decoration is not luxurious, but it is very clean Surprised that there is a lot of food and delicious Chinese food

Our family spent the week at La Concha and had an amazing time. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast options at The Loft and Aroma Cafe. The poolside service was excellent as was the food. We ate at Serafina and the service and food was great. Recommend making a reservation in advance. The loungers by the pool were always in high demand but the staff did a great job at clearing towels for those loungers left vacant. The hotel felt safe and we enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel with local shops, restaurants and bars. The ocean was very rough so we didn't swim due to riptides and strong currents. We stayed in an ocean view room which was extremely well fitted out. A great hotel and would highly recommend.

Happy surprise with this resort. Having many options of restaurants on site was a big help. The beach was on the smaller side but was still nice. Multiple pools for the days that the ocean was too harsh to allow swimming. Loved that we didn't have to go through or enter the adjoining ****** to access our room.

Went on a family vacation. The beach water was rough but still a beautiful view of the ocean. This place is always happening. If you are looking for a quiet place this isnt it. Unless you stay in your room. Yet the service was great, and it was fun..

Property grounds are gorgeous. Great walkable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Very high prices for cocktails at the resort.
