The place is new and clean but there are some undone amenities. It doesnt destroy the atmosphere but it can be a little issue to some people

I booked this hotel by accident. The hotel is new and in a good location. I booked a deluxe king-size bed this time. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and they arranged a room for me. The scenery outside the window attracted us the most. The lake view is beautiful. The hotel's service is a plus point. It was a special trip. Satisfied.

The hotel outside structure was no worth 509.00 per night. Downstairs receptionist were in professional and not trained they repeatedly gave a key to my room to someone else who walked in on us in bed! 3 times in a week

The rooms had been refurbished. Location was great. ( had a view of the lagoon and the ocean) Breakfast too pricey. But there is a Starbucks across the street. Great place to stay.

Overall the hotel is wonderful, but the check in process was a nightmare. Three check in personnel whom all seemed to be confused as if it were their first day on the job. I stood in line waiting for 20 minutes waiting for a couple trying to check in. The other 2 lines were the same way. I finally got to the middle line and took another 15 minutes to get checked in because my receptionist seemed confused and kept asking for help from the other two. After a long journey no one needs to spend 35 minutes trying to get into their already booked ahead of time room. After the dreadful start we did enjoy a lovely meal with a friendly server at your outdoor bar and restaurant. Clean and cozy... Yes. Friendly and knowledgeable greeting...No.

The hotel was very nice. The only issue was at check-in. We arrived early to the hotel as we had an early flight. The hotel staff was kind enough to allow us store our belongings in a locked back room. However, after seeing the city for hours in the heat, our room was not ready for until a time after regular check-in. That was very frustrating.

This hotel is clearly newly remote erythimg was so clean and new. The views are great. Right across the street from the beach and on the condado ***** so everything is walking distance . Would definitely be staying again

This is a new property and the rooms are comfortable and has a balcony overlooking the Bay. Although not in the center of Ashford, It is about a 10 minute walk.Loved that we could use the beach at Condado Plaza Hotel across the street.

The hotel is new, and facilities, including rooms, are attractive and comfortable. 1 BR with sitting area especially good design. Beds exceptionally comfortable. One of the best features is access to the pools at the Condado Plaza across the street. Bar and restaurant serve excellent drinks and dishes, with beautiful setting overlooking lagoon. The restaurant staff are outstanding. Dining room breakfast the only disappointment. There is some noise on busy Ashford Ave. We enjoyed our stay very much.
