Decent hotel for business Trip. Nothing special but does the trick. Breakfast was good (with freshly squeezed orange juice, tasty pastries and good ham/cheese). Hygiene in the bathrooms of the room were not acceptable (multiple hair on floor in bathroom AND toilet).

Arriving late at the hotel following a wedding in the area, we discovered a hotel with aging corridors giving way to a simple and welcoming room BUT only in appearance. Faulty toilet flush Coffee stains on the sheets Afterwards, a short night, we allowed ourselves to share this disappointment with the reception who told us that they could not do anything at first, claiming that we had already been "upgraded". I didn't know that the upgrade could justify the lack of cleanliness... it's a question of respect for me. Ultimately, the hotel agreed to reimburse us for the breakfasts. If you pass by this hotel you will not miss anything and you will even be able to discover small hotels whose quality/price ratio will be much better.

The hotel is located in the heart of Cergy Pontoise not far from schools but in a quiet area with private and secure parking. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, quiet. Nice choice of buffet at the PDJ. The staff is helpful. Good value for money.

good hotel in Cergy with nice breakfast, comfortable bed and updated room. The main issue I had is that the AC is not working well enough to cool down the room at night when the weather is hot, and there is no screen at the window like everywhere else in France so you can't leave your window open either if you care about mosquitos. It was hot in the room, too hot to sleep comfortably

Despite the kindness of the reception, I'll let you see for yourself the cleanliness of the room: - Hairs in the shower!! - A dirty kettle that makes you vomit! - The single pod of shower gel was already open.... and we didn't even have shampoo in the bathroom! The bedding isn't amazing but if that's all it was. We were used to B&Bs, and this time we are extremely disappointed by this establishment, 4* at that!! So yes, the receptionist in the morning asked us why we hadn't asked to change rooms. But when you've been driving for 7 hours, and it's 10:30 p.m., and you've already unpacked all your things, all you want to do is sleep. Horrible experience.

Very comfortable place to stay. Quiet and clean. Good breakfast, restaurant, and bar. Staff were excellent. Easy walk to university, train station, and Port Cergy for dining. Good internet. Not luxurious but perfectly comfortable.
