"We had booked a room for our wedding preparations. When we arrived, the sofa bed was broken, the light didn't work, and we were moved to another room. Two hours later, when we got to this new room, we found a cockroach the next day when we returned from our wedding! We were then moved to a third room for the last night because we were too tired to go home, and this one was "okay"... it was truly awful."

"Average experience because the hotel deliberately turns off the air conditioning even though the rooms are sold with air conditioning and heating. The lack of air conditioning is not mentioned when booking, we discover it upon arriving in the room. And since it is turned off throughout the hotel, without explanation or obvious reason, there is no way to turn it back on. We had a larger room but still without air conditioning."
