This was a wonderful weekend break. The Swiss attention to detail and good taste was evident and highly appreciated. Our hosts were hospitable, friendly and helpful with great recommendations. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms tastefully finished. Breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient with a selection of cereals (the best muesli) yogurt, variety of breads cold meat and cheese and a top class selection of cooked breakfasts. We will most definitely visit again and would highly recommend this as a weekend escape. Beautiful natural surroundings and a lovely walk along the green belt. Thank you

We had a really lovely stay here, very comfortable and great location in Constantia with excellent access by car to the city, Cape Point and the Winelands. Claudio, Karin, Natalie and Rochelle looked after us fantastically well and we felt very at home. We were sorry to leave and would have ideally stayed a couple of days longer.

The Dongola gehört in die Kategorie "Beste Unterkünfte der Kapregion". Das Guesthouse ist gehr gut gelegen und bietet alles was man sich wünscht um tollen Urlaub machen zu können. Die herzlichen Gastgeber bieten bei allen Fragen oder Problemen immer (aber sehr diskret) ihre Unterstützung an. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt; wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wundervoll gepflegter Garten empfängt den Gast, sehr schöne Zimmer, ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt machen den Aufenthalt zu einem Vergnügen. Das liebevolle Frühstück, von den Gastgebern serviert ist ein Genuss. Der intensive Gedankenaustausch mit anderen Gästen an dem großen Frühstückstisch beflügelt die Planungen für den Tag. Insgesamt ein herausragendes hervorragendes Bett in breakfast.

Unser Aufenthalt im Dongola Gästehaus war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist ideal, die Zimmer beeindrucken mit einem modernen und stilvollen Ambiente. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die freundlichen Gastgeber, Karin und Claudio ursprünglich aus der Schweiz, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Das Frühstück war herausragend – frisch, abwechslungsreich und köstlich. Der super Garten mit Pool rundete unser Erlebnis perfekt ab. Wir empfehlen das Dongola Gästehaus uneingeschränkt und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

We had an excellent 4 nights here. Our hosts made us feel very at home during our stay. Our room was excellent and the facilities, grounds and the breakfast served each day were everything you could possibly need during your stay. Our fellow guests all appeared to be repeat visitors which is no surprise.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dongola. The lodge has a lovely garden with a beautiful view of the mountain and we felt very connected to Nature. Claudio and his team were very hospitable and we felt very much at home.
