Hôtel international de la chaîne Mariott. Ne connaissent pas Trop.com. Ils ont visiblement crû que j'allais les arnaquer quand bien même la chambre était déjà payée à la centrale de réservation. Ils m'ont aussi pris pour un local donc ils m'ont parlé en conséquence. Un peu triste pour les locaux.

L'hôtel est magnifique mais tout est gâché par les choix de management : beaucoup trop d'événements qui apportent à l'hôtel des hôtes différents chaque jour, avec le brouhaha adjacent. Très déçu par le comportement de ces hôtes dans la piscine également, l'endroit perd son charme. Les restaurants de L'hôtel ne sont pas disponibles à cause de ces mêmes événements, inacceptable

I cannot believe this hotel is a 5-star hotel. Based on its size perhaps? Because nothing what I saw there would be considered a 5-star hotel. Everything, I mean, everything is outdated and I question how clean and maintained the rooms actually are. The elevator system is confusing. Some of them don't even work. All the restaurants are closed except for the buffet. And WOW, the food was terrible and below standard. I was so surprised. The spa looked gross. I didn't even want to get services there because it didn't look clean and it smelled like sewer backup. My room, has an old school A/C, which didn't even work. The shower was dirty and didn't drain, and did NOT have warm water!! Seriously? I've been in worst hotels that at least had warm water. I'm disappointed in the Marriott. I stay at Mariotts a lot and this was by far the most disappointing. And to be rated a 5-star hotel is such a lie.

Très bel hôtel proche de toutes les attractions. Personnel aimable et serviable, un vrai 5 étoiles. Une pensée pour Nouha a l’accueil et Maamar du Spa. Tarif plus qu’abordable au vu des prestations. On y revient sans hésiter :) Idéal en famille ou en couple.. Constantine est une ville magnifique avec une vraie richesse de patrimoine.
