"The professionalism was excellent, it was truly one of the best hotels, but they didn't let us check in even 10 minutes before the scheduled time, even though we were ready. I've never seen such capricious staff; they made us wait until 3:00 AM and then let us check in at 10:00 AM, 5 minutes late. I chose this hotel because of its central location, but I've seen that there are much nicer, higher-quality hotels in the area; you might want to choose one of those instead."
