La propiedad está muy bien localizada, espacios comunes amplios, agradables y cómodos, sin embargo carece de atención a la limpieza sobretodo en la habitación que nos tocó. Aunque de igual manera escuché otros huespedes quej**** de lo mismo. Habia tela de arañas en las paredes, polilla en las puertas, el baño lleno de pelos tanto dentro y fuera de la bañera, tuvimos que pedir que cambiaran la cortina del baño por la falta de higiene que tenia. Los empleados con los que tuvimos contacto muy amables, sobretodo Richard que desde que llegamos a la propiedad nos atendió con mucha atención. El desayuno muy bueno y las instalaciones del hotel tambien. Si mejoran la higiene del lugar sobretodo las habitaciones, atención a los detalles, toallas de mejor calidad, detalles para mejorar la comodidad en las habitaciones pueden ayudar a mejorar la experiencia en el lugar.

Nuestra estadía fue por una emergencia; sin embargo las atenciones fueron maravillosas. El staff logró hacernos sentir como si estuviéramos en familia. Tanto la cena como el desayuno fueron deliciosos. Las habitaciones son básicas, pero muy limpias y con amplios ventanales.
