"The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is not good. Everything feels very worn out, old, and lacking proper maintenance. The towels and bed sheets are heavily worn and yellowish. The window screens are broken and dirty. The breakfast offered is very basic, with limited options, and the quality of the food is not the best. Most importantly: DO NOT book excursions through them. The person they recommend is not responsible, and we had a very bad experience due to an accident involving a four-track vehicle with an agency they recommended."
