It was an awesome stay! Mainly stayed because it was close to North Conway and everything was less than a 20 minute drive from here. I highly recommend staying here.

The employee who checked us in was very nice and said to call if we needed anything. The room was very clean and just a few minutes from North Conway. It was a great find for the price. We would definitely stay there again in tbe future.

First, although the hallway has a distinct and not particularly pleasant odor, the room itself was quite clean. The bathroom layout was cramped but workable. Having stayed at a much more expensive hotel the previous few days probably skewed my view.
We were going to have our boys drive up and join us for a few days but a family medical emergency required us to cut our visit short and the boys stayed home. Having stayed only the one night, I asked to cancel the second night but was denied despite it being only a few minutes past check-out time. It's not as if the motel was full - far from it. There was one or two other guests based on the cars...and the noise. Our adjoining room was on the phone a fair bit of the night and we could hear every bit of his side of the conversation.
Based on their unwillingness to refund our extra night, I would not return. Otherwise, I would consider this a budget priced place to lay my head for a brief visit.

All 1st floor steps were too high for me.
You need to advertise that it NOT
Disability friendly!!! I couldn’t leave the room, because entering to sign in and entering my room, I fell both times, I have bruises and pain days latter.
I tried calling for help, but the desk line was always busy. Jeri Edgar 5/25/23 🙁
